Hello everyone.
There is a problem with Zabbix frontend notifications, namely, when a problem appears on the dashboard, a pop-up does not appear and there is no sound, which is embedded in the user settings.
However, if you go to the user settings and play the sound manually, it sounds.
The problem appeared after Zabbix was migrated from 4 directly to version 6.0. It was a long time ago.
A week ago, I deployed a new Linux server for Zabbix 7, all Zabbix packages were installed and I migrated the database there with its subsequent automatic update. Everything went well. But there is still no pop-up or sound.
I test-deployed a clean Zabbix with the embedded database scheme according to the manual, triggered an alert there and a pop-up with sound appeared. It is not possible to export old data using the Zabbix interface and import it into the new one, since there are too many hosts and data.
I assume that there is a bug in the database (Postgres), but for a long time I have not been able to figure out where exactly the problem is and what it is.
I would be glad if someone could tell me where this might be.
