Physical hosts CPU usage does not reach 100% percent

What is the problem with measure if cpu usage does not reach 100%? I'm using Zabbix-3.0.3 amd64, Ubuntu 14.04 LTS. Server type: Supermicro X9DRD-7LN4F KVM/Qemu virtualization is in use on this server. Kernel: 4.4.0-47-generic

If you need any other information please let me known!

And if you zoom in on say an 1h interval, so that you can avoid using the trends values.

The problem is not about trend vs exact data. This is a stacked graph and if you sum the value of items, it has to get 100% exactly. But now not.

        Problem solved

I fix this issue. Problem was:

        missing from Template Linux

        system.cpu.util[,guest,avg1]
        system.cpu.util[,guest_nice,avg1]

items and from graph. I'm using Template Linux from zabbix version 1.6 and upgrade does not create new items.
