7.0.2 stops logging data after a restart

We are moving to 7.0.2 after running for quite a while on 6.0.4 and have run into a problem. Following a restart of the zabbix server service, the system appears to stop logging new data.
No obvious errors are being displayed in either the Zabbix server logs or the SQL logs, though I do notice one thing that seems odd in the server log during the shutdown, it does not appear to complete syncing the history data.
The last entry is always somewhere in the 93-95% range and never reports completion before the server proceeds to later stages of the shutdown process.

Example:

1804:20240819:104942.264 HA manager has been stopped
1803:20240819:104942.377 syncing trend data...
1803:20240819:105043.505 syncing trend data done
1803:20240819:105043.942 Zabbix Server stopped. Zabbix 7.0.2 (revision d1b0c3308ce).

On restart, no errors are reported in the log but the system still fails to log/reports any new data.

Any thoughts or insights would be greatly appreciated! We would really like to get fully transitioned over to release 7, but until we get past this issue we can't.

Hey,
Did you changed DebugLevel in zabbix_server.conf to at least 4?
After changing it to 4, you would see much more detailed logs, and it might help you with discovering what's the issue.
