Zabbix Server very slow since update to 7.0.3

Since the update from Zabbix 6.4 to 7.0.3 and postgres 14 to 16 and the latest timescale db we are getting a lot of slow queries warnings:
301096:20240829:185135.386 slow query: 3.468095 sec, "commit;"
301095:20240829:185135.387 slow query: 3.471073 sec, "commit;"
301109:20240829:185135.388 slow query: 3.450801 sec, "commit;"

301094:20240829:185137.513 slow query: 4.227778 sec, "commit;"
301111:20240829:185144.514 slow query: 9.095995 sec, "commit;"
301109:20240829:185144.514 slow query: 9.042752 sec, "commit;"
301078:20240829:185144.514 slow query: 7.753115 sec, "commit;"
301095:20240829:185144.515 slow query: 9.074156 sec, "commit;"
301093:20240829:185144.515 slow query: 9.075386 sec, "commit;"
301096:20240829:185144.515 slow query: 9.038333 sec, "commit;"
301110:20240829:185144.516 slow query: 9.005206 sec, "commit;"
301176:20240829:185147.363 slow query: 7.842680 sec, "commit;"
301106:20240829:185147.364 slow query: 9.841548 sec, "commit;"
301094:20240829:185147.365 slow query: 9.803513 sec, "commit;"
If I turn on debug logs I spammed with message that is basically too much to handle. Is there any way to narrow down where the slow queries come from. Maybe only turn on debug for certain types of logs?

    Hi,
It is really hard to say what could cause slow COMMIT in Postgres based on the information above. Here is an interesting article that might help you to rule out potential causes:
