Last 20 issues warning but items OK

Hi to all.
I've got two triggers in "Latest 20 issues" on dashboard, but the related item is getting the correct data.

In example:

this is the trigger:

{UPS Legrand 2:upsAlarmsPresent.last()}>0

that is shown on "Last 20 issues" even if it's in "OK" state.

Is this normal ? Isn't "Last 20 issues" used to only show the current failed triggers?

Yes, Zabbix is only supposed to show problematic triggers in "Last 20 issues", but you can tweak (filter) whether it should
1) hide Acknowledged problems
2) filter by severity level
3) filter by host group

What version of Zabbix are you running?

And what is the last value for that

All values, from about 10 days to now, are "0", not only the last, that's why i've opened this thread. Is strange.

I've attached 2 images.

As you can see, latest values are OK.

This is happened after, some weeks ago, item changed from 0 to 1 (due to a real issue) and then from 1 to 0 after fixing the issue. Starting from that time, latest 20 issues are still showing the fake triggered items.

What version of Zabbix server & UI are you running?

Also, do you have specific recovery rules for those triggers?

I don't use any recovery rules, but how can i look for them to be sure ?
