    Zabbix 6.4 error monitoring subnet

    Hello

    I have the zabbix server in a subnet 192.168.0.X in this subnet all the zabbix agent that I have connect well without problems. I have another subnet 192.168.2.X with that subnet I have problems to connect the zabbix agent to the server. In the log of the zabbix agent we have that error "failed to accept an incoming connection: connection from "192.168.2.254" rejected, allowed hosts: "192.168.0.106""

    IP: 192.168.2.254 => gateway
    IP: 192.168.0.106 => Zabbix server

    And in the zabbix server we have that error

    In this moment I don't use TLS connection

    I check the communication between zabbix server and zabbix agent and I have connection by ping and telnet in port 10050 and 10051

    Anybody has this problem?

    Thank you

    Hi,
    Seems like the Zabbix agent is configured to accept connections only from the 192.168.0.106 (Zabbix server), but it doesn't accept connections from the gateway 192.168.2.254.
    Could you please check your zabbix agent config?

    It should look like this:
    Server=192.168.0.106,192.168.2.254
    ServerActive=192.168.0.106

        Why that incoming connection even has IP of gateway? Some bizarre translation in play?
