maps icons empty

All,

I recently installed zabbix to fedora core 3 im in the process of creating the maps and adding elements. When I go edit the map and add a new elements the icon portion the on and off are empty i don't see any selections which prevents me from creating a new element.

any suggestions?

Did you load the default pictures/icons into your zabbix database ?

For MySQL:
