Agent 2 Windows server 2008 32 bit

Hi, Installing agent 2 on windows server 2008 32 bit always end prematurely.
I tried different versions, 5.x, so far all of them do not complete.

In the log I get the following.

Action ended 09:04:59: FatalError. Return value 2.
Action ended 09:04:59: INSTALL. Return value 3.

How can I figure out what the fatal error is?
