Broken graphs and Delayed Last checks

Hi Techies,

I am monitoirng around 6k hosts with a single zabbix server. When I check the monitoring graph of any items, the graphs showing broken data for every 30 mins approximately. When I check the item's last check it is around 30 mins. But in templates the update interval is 1m , 3m and 5m.

Kindly suggest me to resolve the issue.

Hows your zabbix server performance? I suspect using just one single server for 6k hosts is a bit too much and you should add some proxies to your setup...

Yes, I am using a single physical server with 32 core CPU and 128 GB memory. I didn't see any performance degrade but seeing multiple "TCP: request_sock_TCP: Possible SYN flooding on port 0.0.0.0:10051. Sending cookies." and few "[12095773.303039] php-fpm[2589187]: segfault at ffffffff00000451 ip 00007f32cb10c62b sp 00007fff33c5cb80 error 5 in mysqli.so[7f32cb0f6000+1f000]".
