Mysql replication on multiple Channels

I have slaves replicating from multiple masters through the "channel" feature. Installing the mysql template in the agents is working fine for all servers, but the template shows a warning for the slaves saying "The slave I/O thread is not connected to a replication master" while actually each channel is correctly linked to their master and the replication process is going fine.
How can I amend the setup to show the channels of the replicas?
