AIX agent doesnt respond(not local nor from proxy)

Hi
We have a problem with AIX 7.3 and 6.0.20, 6.0.34, This setup work on other partitions but not on this one.
If we do a " ./zabbix_get -s 127.0.0.1 -p 10050 -k system.stat[cpu,ec]" it doesnt respond, just hangs forever.
The server can not get in touch either, and netstat -an | grep za looks like below:

/var/log/zabbix shows nothing to point out when debuglevel =4...

How to confront this problem ? Im out of ideas ...
