Zabbix agent is not available (for 3m)

I have set up Zabbix using Docker, but the Zabbix Server "Availability" column remains red, with the message "Zabbix agent is not available (for 3m)." How can I resolve this issue? A beginner looking for help from experienced users.

Verify the service status:
systemctl status zabbix-agent
or
systemctl status zabbix-agent2
depending which version you are using.

And verify in the log file of agent.
/var/log/zabbix/zabbix_agent2.log
or
/var/log/zabbix/zabbix_agent.log

I'm sorry, my environment is Docker, and I cannot use these commands. I have tried restarting Zabbix within Docker, but the issue still persists. I appreciate your help. Thanks.
