Working actions is not working for newly added host.

Hi all,

I have this working action that sends me email when it triggers with problem.

I've added a server to zabbix newly and added to the same host group that would triggers the actions above, however I can't get it work.

This new host may have had IP address from old servers which was deleted while ago.

Can anyone tell me where to look to fix this?
