Is there a good way to figure out why time functions and schedules don't work on my system?
A while back I posted a problem with a simple time parameter in an expression not working...
I've been living with it and just figured it was a bug in Zabbix. After all, the expression is about as basic as you can get. However as I've become more and more hammered by issues at night I decided to just put the host in question into maintenance mode to stop the alerts. To my surprise that doesn't work either. So I created another maintenance schedule and added ALL host groups and I still get alert emails all night long.
The details are below, but it seems there is some issue with the time functions on my Zabbix host. I've upgrade several times and am now on 7.02, and the system time is correct on the host and also shows correctly on the Dashboard.
Both maintenance schedules are active.
It contains all hosts, starts at 9PM, and runs for 8 hours every day, so I should not receive any alerts between 9PM and 5AM.
