    Email notification is there, but the Problems lists nothing

    Hello,
    After configuring email notification, I am receiving email alerts about problems and when they are "Resolved", but in the interface there is absolutely no trace of the problem.
    I can only find entries about sent notifications in action log, but not a single word about the occured problem.
    Zabbix 7.0.5

        Hello,
        I would gladly do it. What do you need? The system is new to me and I have no idea why problems are gone from the logs.
        I found a strange option called housekeeping and deactivated it as I thought all the logs are deleted by it. But after that the logs are gone anyway.
        In the problems (Monitoring-Problems) selecting all the problems displays only a few entries from last two months, whereas I am getting at least 10 emails daily.
        This system is supposed to log incidents and keep the history for reference for IT admins, right?
        What I am getting looks like a fun app for bored students.
        Or maybe I get it completely wrong?

        switching to "history" results in empty table.
        Where are all the log entries then?

          Hi, could you send screenshots of how you have set up the action that sends out alerts and anything related to that? Like how you set up item that monitors the problem or do you have any trigger?
          Also you can check server logs for any errors.

            Under Alerts-Actions-Trigger actions I found something like "Report problems to Zabbix administrators, but if I understand correctly it only sends an email. This is how it is configured:

            Other actions or even if I want to create new, the option is to send a message or run a script.
            But what I need as an admin is a full list of all that is going on, so where do I see it???

                There is something there and you can click it and there is time filter!!! :-)
                My God, who came up with an idea of hiding it that way!!!
                Thank you cyber, now all of the sudden I can see all the emailed problems.
