High CPU on Postgresql DB when user is not super admin role

I use zabbix server on container (zabbix/zabbix-server-pgsql:7.0.6-ubuntu) with Postgresql v 16.4 on AWS (Aurora PostgreSQL 16.4)

I found the problem that when user who is not super admin role (such as admin role, or user role) open monitoring web (problems or hosts page) then cpu utilization of PostgreSQL DB will reach 100% immediately and this page is slow. However when I logged in as super admin role, I didn't found this problem.

my database has 4 vCPU and RAM 8 GB

my zabbix-web also is on container (zabbix/zabbix-web-nginx-pgsql:7.0.6-ubuntu)

Difference between superadmin looking at things and other types looking at things, is checking of permissions. SA has no restrictions, so nothing needs to be verified. Admin/User have always some access restrictions and this has to be checked. v7 has supposedly better and faster user checking (https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...mission-checks). But thats about all I can comment on this case. It may aswell be resource shortage on your side, but may be not..

From the problem page, I opened Debug mode. It's very difference when I use Super Admin role (left picture) and admin role (right picture).
Is the root cause from Postgresql DB or Not?
Should I wait new up update?

sql time ... I guess your DB just does not perform... 4cpus and 8gigs of ram for whole zabbix instance... maybe only small lab env with very few hosts polled...

My zabbix has over 400 hosts, I change to 8 vCPU and 64 GB RAM but the result almost same with the above picture. SQL time almost one minutes for admin role but for super admin role, only 0.3 sec sql time on this problem page

I updated zabbix web server docker to new version docker.io/zabbix/zabbix-web-nginx-pgsql@sha256:ab2e527b625a3bcf26a6ac4d079c927b74009 8f220bf58a3c9930c3d6f6312ef
then the problem is gone at monitoring > problems page. but I still found problem on data collection >> hosts pages
