icmpping and icmpping don't answer with fping permissions

Hi all,
icmpping and icmppingsec don't working.
My permissions of fping tool.

# ls -l /usr/sbin/fping
-rwsrwsrwx 1 zabbix nobody 22992 Apr 22 2006 /usr/sbin/fping
#

My configuration of zabbix web :

Ping ICMP icmpping 30 90 365 Simple check

The fping must have 'root' ownership.
