Zabbix can't gather 'Zabbix agent on 'PC' is unreachable for 5 minutes' parameter

Hi,

we faced with following problem, approximately 7 days ago Zabbix server stopped gather (or just correct calculate or show in graph) the 'Zabbix agent on 'PC' is unreachable for 5 minutes' parameter on some machines BUT other parameters of the machines are gathering fine. The 'Agent ping' history shows that uptime a 100% but 'Problem time' graph shows 100% inaccessible of that machines.

We do not know what this is and how we can resolve it. So please help!

its only graph and availablity report and graphs or do you also get "False triggers"?

what have changed in zabbix ?

can you look at zabbix logs (agent logs at the problematic server at the prblematic time & zabbix server)

even mysql error logs ?

as I found it was the "False triggers". So what I need to do beside looking the log files of Zabbix Server & MySQL ?

Resolved. Data is gathering now BUT 'IT Service' section still shows wrong 'progress bar' in 'Problem time' column.
