Issue with Graphs Not Rendering in Zabbix PDF Reports

Hello everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue with Zabbix where the graph protoypes in my PDF reports only display a loading icon instead of the actual graph. (Graphs show fine in the pdf report) Here's the situation:

• The graphs prototypes render perfectly fine in the Zabbix web interface.
• The PDF report includes all other data, but the graphs are replaced with a loading icon.

I tried increasing timeout in web service config, issue still persists
Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
