Can't log in after set up Zabbix web UI

Steps to reproduce:

1. In stall Zabbix
2. Open the web UI and setup the config
3. In the log in page, put my newly set username and password

Result:
Error message:

Incorrect user name or password or account is temporarily blocked.

Expected:
Successfully log in
