SAML breaks after 6.4-7.2 upgrade

I upgraded a working Zabbix 6.4 to 7.2 installation from packages running on Ubuntu 22.04. I had a working SAML/SCIM implementation with Microsoft Entra. After upgrading to Zabbix 7.2 from packages, the SAML login is broken and I can only use local logons. When I click the SSO link, I get an error - invalid array settings: idp_cert_or_fingerprint_not_found_and_required.

I had to move the cert from /usr/share/zabbbix/conf/certs to /usr/share/zabbix/ui/conf/certs and that fixed it.
