Zabbix missing data for every fist 10 minute every hours

Hi Everyone,

I new to Zabbix and i use version 6.0.21, so recently i onboard 9 server with RHEL OS with SNMP query method and i notice that in all 9 of my server most of data like "CPU utilization" and "Memory usage" are missing latest update data for every first 10 minute in every hours and it make my graph are have gap every hours, only few data that are not missing like "/home: Space utilization". Do you know what happens guys?

Have you checked your Zabbix queue?
You can check it in Administration -> Queue

Did you check the utilizations of the poller processes? They can be getting busy and not being able to collect all metrics in time.
You can check it in the "Zabbix server health" dashboard

Usually after you add some hosts/items you need to change the default amount of pollers and cache size in you zabbix_server.conf file.

With that being said, the most probable cause for this gaps is that you're using snmp, which use SNMP Pollers, and by default Zabbix only starts 1 of those.

To increase it you'll have to go to you zabbix_server.conf file and change the value of:

StartSNMPPollers
