trigger action not matching

Hi we have a trigger action that is not initiating the action. it has a 15 min step duration and is 2-0. after 1 hour still no actions.

The type of calculation is:
(A or B) and C and (D or E or F or G)

Conditions:
A value of tag X does not contain Y
A value of tag X does not contain Z
B Problem is not suppressed
C Trigger name contains Trigger name1
D Trigger name contains Trigger name2
D Trigger name contains Trigger name3
D Trigger name contains Trigger name4


We have an event with:
Trigger SEV warning;
Value of tag X does not contain Y;
A value of tag X does not contain Z;
The state is PROBLEM;
Trigger name contains Trigger name1.


Already checked:
User permissions are READ for the host;
User has has a valid email;
User "when active" is 1-7,00:00-24:00 ;
User SEV are W, A, H, D;
Emails are going to other users on other trigger actions;
There are no trigger conditions or dependencies;
There are no other conditions in the trigger action;
No maintenance windows created.

Any ideas please?

Do you get any error related to the execution of the action?

I've created a trigger action with the conditions you described and it worked... So it probably isn't a problem with your conditions... Have you tried sending this message to another user, maybe a super admin?

for anyone finds this in the future, 2 things
i was looking at it as a user who actually did not have the permission to see the alerts actions icon - had to manage it with a superadmin account.
Also this first rule add to be changed A or B to A and B. which is very odd and i'm still looking if this is not really a problem
