I am trying to set up SNMP trap handling within Zabbix, I have reached the stage where the Perl script is handling the trap events and the Zabbix server is identifying the trap events, but the event never gets displayed within the Zabbix web console, although I have a SNMP failback item and also a SNMP interface setup against the Zabbix host to test the configuration. Looking at the zabbix_server.log file, I can see the following events:
235055:20250126:152036.725 invalid trap data found "NET-SNMP version 5.9.3"
235082:20250126:152040.718 forced reloading of the snmp cache on [poller #2]
235083:20250126:152040.719 forced reloading of the snmp cache on [poller #3]
235080:20250126:152040.729 forced reloading of the snmp cache on [poller #1]
235086:20250126:152040.734 forced reloading of the snmp cache on [unreachable poller #1]
235085:20250126:152040.738 forced reloading of the snmp cache on [poller #5]

I am not sure why I am getting the invalid data events, but I suspect this is why the events are not being displayed within the web console?
My snmptrapd.conf file is as follows:
I am new to Zabbix so not too sure what to do next to identify the cause of the problem, so any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!
