Windows Zabbix Agent

I moved my zabbix server/mysql db over to a new server. Hosts setup with SNMP polls are working fine, but Windows agent does not. I get the following in the server logs:
1037:20250128:093405.193 cannot perform check now for itemid [53898]: item is not in cache

Check process Configuration Syncer, Configuration Cache and comunication Zabbix -> Database
