MSSQL: Service is unavailable

Hi,
I have upgraded my server from version 7.0 to 7.2.3. I added a new MS SQL server with agent2 and MSSQL plugin installed. The server is properly monitored at the operating system and SQL database level but I have a critical (Disaster) message “MSSQL: Service is unavaible”
The second problem I have with agent2 on windows servers and plugins - I install the agent and then plugins version 7.2.3 and after installing the plugins the agent service does not start (nothing in agent logs and Evnt viewer). With agent version 7.2.2 there is no such problem.

I find solution for first problem (service is unevaible) - I changet item type for "MSSQL by Zabbix agent 2: Service's TCP port state" from "Simpe check" to "Zabbix agent" and now it is working well
