Zabbix Azure and multiple subscriptions under single tenant?

    Hello community,
I'm deploying Azure monitoring with Zabbix. It works in general, but I got stuck on deploying monitoring of DBs towards another subscription.

In general, I created clone of "Azure by HTTP", renamed it to "Azure by HTTP - Sub1" then filled app and subscription related data. Wanted to do the same e.g. for the "Azure Microsoft SQL Database by HTTP" so I created a clone named it "Azure Microsoft SQL Database by HTTP - Sub1" and populated the data. However, I noted that only single template "Azure SQL Managed Instance by HTTP" is assigned from "Host prototypes"

For the others the templates are assigned automatically to default values e.g. Azure Microsoft SQL Database by HTTP in this case. How to change it to user created template?

          Hello Cyber,
I just figured out that template is limited to single DB type and on your screenshot I can see dedicated MSSQL DTU configuration.

How did you make it work? Is simple template clone + API tuning enough?
How about differentiation of DTU and non-DTU DBs? How did you make it work?

Edit: I was digging further and just discovered improved template with DTU recognition created recently - Source of template_cloud_azure_http.yaml - Zabbix - ZABBIX GIT
