User email not being sent when alert occurs,
Zabbix Server: 7.2.3
I am having issues with Zabbix Server Alerts Triggers. Have a user with a working email address (tested through email app) associated with a trigger. Test with a fake alert on the server. Other users email is sent and received, except for one user. Multiple tests have the same outcome.
Steps to resolve:
1. Recreate the user with same email.
2. Create a new user with the email but with a plus function.
Resolution of steps above:
The running a fake alert of the server, triggers alerts to all users but this one, including the newly created user with the same email.
Can someone help me with this?
