Zabbix 1.1.4 Trigger and depends on

[root_master]

I create a trigger that depends on two other trigger

Expression:

{server01roc.num[apache2].last(0)}>0

depends on:
No busy Apache2 processes via SNMP
No idle Apache2 processes via SNMP

if i look in the monitoring i couldn't found these trigger in the list.

and this trigger value isn't "on"

the both triggers (busy apache2 and idle apache2) trigger are on and the apache2 processes are more than 100 but the trigger value is off. ?
