Problem with total CPU utilization %

Hi all,
Is this a server issue or a issue arises from an incorrect formula?
type calculated key total.cpu.utilization.percent formula is avg(last_foreach(/V1/system.cpu.util[*]))
Trigger is max(/V1/total.cpu.utilization.percent,{$CPU_UTIL_TIME})>={ $CPU_UTIL_MAX} and max(/V1/total.cpu.utilization.percent,{$CPU_UTIL_TIME})<=1 00

That graph of yours has crazy spikes in it, so some of your input values are off. Check the latest data for all your /V1/system.cpu.util[*] items. They should all values between 0 and 100, and have '%' as the unit.

Wait, you are using system.cpu.util on SNMP agent items?! I think it's undocumented that it gives data at all when not used on Zabbix Agent items.

That said, good job in the scripting. The remaining data looks reasonable.
