Seending an email notification each time anything changes in the problems list

    Hello,

i am a new user to Zabbix and i am trying to work with triggers and alerts.
Now i am looking for a possibility to send an email notification to a user, each time a new problem in the dashboard problems list appears or disappears.
I know, how to send emails for each problem seperately.

Is there a way to send a kind of global email, which tells the user 'some problem as appeared or disappeared?

    Thank you for your help.

    Regards
    Joachim

Yes, you can configure Zabbix to send a global email notification when any problem appears or disappears in the dashboard. Set up an action under Alerts > Actions with conditions to trigger when problems change status. In the Operations tab, configure the email notification with a general message like "A new problem has appeared or disappeared. Please check the system for details." This ensures users receive one alert for status changes instead of multiple individual emails.

      Hello,

      thank you for your answer.
I do not understand how the "conditions to trigger when problems change" looks like.
Can you give me an example, please?

      Regards
      Joachim
