trigger zabbix agent ping nodata dont working

Hi,
i have new installation of zabbix version 3.2.5.
I add some servers and enable template Template App Zabbix Agent but I dont get a notifcation when server or agent goes down.
I see on graph "agent ping" has no data and i see on agent availability message "Get value from agent failed: cannot connect to [[172.31.0.130]:10050]: [4] Interrupted system call" but trigger doesnt working.
Host name configuration is default:
{Template App Zabbix Agent:agent.ping.nodata(5m)}=1


What am I doing wrong?

ps. Trigger "is unavailable by ICMP" is working(when server goes down) but it is not enough.
