7.4 And Connanical Outage

Yesterday morning, updated my Zabbix server and 3 proxies to 7.4 without issue, however yesterday afternoon when trying to do the same to my final 2 proxies, the will not upgrade, insisting they are upto date at 7.2.7. Have verified repo's are updated correctly in sources, but just will not update.

Has the problems a connacial caused the 7.4 to disappear?

Having spent may hors on this now... it seems whatever happened at Ubuntu Conannical repos, really messed up two of my proxies, they still worked enough to recover config files,,, but it has turned out to be easiest to just rebuild. 1 Proxy recovered second on the way.

What ever the problem was, it messes up apt, and it just wont check places it should.
