No event on agent unreachable

Hi,
I want to monitor server's agent up or not and get notification. I take down agent. On hosts page I see agent button red, zabbix_get gives me error, but there is no event created under Monitor -> Problems.
For host Template App Zabbix Agent is assigned, expression is {Template App Zabbix Agent:agent.ping.nodata(5m)}=1.

What I am doing wrong?

Please tell me the detailed version of Zabbix you are using.
If you are using 3.2.5 you may not be able to determine nodata() correctly.
Please upgrade to 3.2.6.
