Problem with action rules

I have following rules defined for certain action

Host group <> "group1"
Host group <> "group2"
Host group <> "group3"
Host group <> "group4"
Host group = "group5"
Trigger severity >= "Not classified"


the host is part of the group4 but NOT part of the group5 yet the alarm is being sent.

I cant find whats wrong here, please advice.
