Unable to install agent2 on Raspbian Bookworm ... libssl1.1 missing

I am trying to install the agent2 Zabbix 7.4. I use the following command:

~$ sudo apt install zabbix-agent2 -y

I get the following error messages:

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
zabbix-agent2 : Depends: libssl1.1 but it is not installable or
libssl but it is not installable
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

I have not been able to figure out how to get libssl1.1 install.
Anyone had this, is there a work around?

libssl1.1 seems to be deprecated for bookwork.. There should be libssl3 instead. Do you have any version isntalled?
