DateTimeZone::__construct(): Unknown or bad timezone (Europe/Bratislava)

I upgraded Zabbix to version 7.0.21 on Debian 12 (bookworm) server with MariaDB and PHP 8.2 but since that I cannot configure any User or GUI settings in frontend as I get error: DateTimeZone::__construct(): Unknown or bad timezone (Europe/Bratislava). I have set the timezone to Europe/Vienna everywhere, so I don't know where this information comes from. I checked all configuration files in cli/php.ini, fpm-php.ini, zabbix-php-fpm.conf or defines.inc.php and there is Europe/Vienna configured. Also all users have in their profiles timezone Europe/Vienna.Checked the database as well and there is also Europe/Vienna timezone. Could you please advise what else should I check to avoid this problem?

Could be a sync/cache issue ?
If you said that you checked all systems, and they all returned Europe/Vienna

I cleared also cache for this. When I created test file <?php phpinfo(); ?> in Zabbix web root for Frontend, I saw a correct timezone Europe/Vienna.
