Zabbix upgraded 7.4.3 - host wizard returns no templates, unable to complete wizard

I recently upgraded from 6.2.x to 7.4.3. Everything seems to be working, except that if I try to create a new host using the wizard, no matter what browser I use or what I type in the search, I get no results at all in the Template search page and so I cannot proceed to create the host from there.

I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but I've tried every reasonable term I can think of including directly copying and pasting template names and it just doesn't return anything.

Another issue that might be related: "Latest data" doesn't seem to reliably pull data from all hosts in group, but other pages do (for example, on the Hosts page, all members of a group show up, but in Latest Data for the same group, only 4 of six hosts in the group appear. This appears to be limited to this specific group, but this is the first group I've tried making since upgrading. I also had weird issues with this group where Zabbix absolutely refused to do SNMP queries or pings against this group of hosts until I deleted and recreated the first host in the group, which seemed to 'wake up' the processes. The issue with Latest Data appears to have started at the same time as these other issues - I'm starting to worry I have some sort of fault in the system that's common to all of this.
