Template for Sophos doesn't work in Zabbix 7.4.5

    Hello

I have a Sophos XGS2100 on my network and I monitor my infrastructure with Zabbix 7.4.3.

I'm trying to import the template from the Zabbix website, but I always get an error with BOTH files.

    Where I downloaded the template:

Steps that I do and the error.

    4 ERROR

    I tryed with both files
    template_sophos_xg_firewall_version_18.0.x.yaml
    template_sophos_xg_firewall.yaml

Does anyone have any idea how I can monitor the Sophos XGS2100 with Zabbix 7.4.3?

If you scroll down in that import preview window, until you reach "value mapping"... There should be a red line probably showing that something like the first one (based on uuid) aleady exists...
Based on that first file, I would say it already has value mapping "SOPHOS SFOS-FIREWALL-MIB::haStatus" somewhere... or at least valuemap with same ID..

yes. it has a lot of red lines showing itens that should be removed.
      for example:

ID:	509159

But any red line showing "error" or something like that...

Thats the issue with random templates (from ~3 years ago..) .. It includes bunch of older "default templates" and wants to rename out of the box things, probably revert back changes done in official templates to the state, what was used when that template was generated...

Red lines just show what it wants to remove.. If it is followed by a green line, it is probably a renaming of something .. like template "Generic by SNMP", it tries to rename it to "Template module Generic SNMP"... Your links lead to tempalte generated for v6, you have v7.4... They do not match exactly, so you get such clashes..

TBH, it is beyond my ability to explain, what to try or experiment with... but it includes a lot of manual work...
