SNMP Agent Timeout while connecting

Greetings everyone. I'm new with zabbix. I had a problem with 1 off our device is stuck in SNMP, it seems like it's not hit it while the others hit SNMP

where do i start to investigate this ? because it's working before and now suddenly stops. Thank you

ANy changes in network.. if it timeouts, most probably you have some connectivity issues ... you can also try tstin g from command line of server/proxy, whatever is monitoring that device, with snmpget etc.. Ask you network ppl to look for traffic and so on...

Thank you cyber. i change an ip address of that device from 10.10.1.1 (trunk to switch) to loopback address of the device. and it's work. SNMP was sent, graphics is on the screen. But, suddenly after tomorrow, graphic was lost on widget
where i must check it first ?
