Cloned Action not performed??

Zabbix initially has Action: Report problems to Zabbix administrators

I modified this Action to send email to my email address and enabled it, and when my trigger condition occurs email arrives, yay!

I then cloned this Action and only changed the Name to "My Report". I disabled "Report problems to Zabbix administrators" and enabled "My Report". I then caused the same trigger condition but no e-mail arrives??

I then disabled "My Report" and re-enabled "Report problems to Zabbix administrators" and when I once again cause the trigger condition email arrives.

Please help.

when it doesnt work you see it trys to do some action ?
(you will see it on dash boad near the trigger or under Reports-Action log
