    win32 agent service won't start.

I have tried installing several versions of the win32 agent on my windows XP laptop and none of them will start. When I attempt to start the service it says "process terminated unexpectedly" the event logs also contain the same message. I set the debugging level to 4 and the logs don't contain any error messages, just that it's listening. Like this.
    [18-Jan-2007 16:45:42] Zabbix Win32 Agent started

No hint that anything went wrong at all.

Can anybody help me get this agent running? So far I have tried the agents from the 1.1 branch, the 1.3 branch and the installer that somebody contributed.

BTW I can telnet into the zabbix port on the server.
