DBforBix \ ORA-01882: timezone region not found

Hi Guys,

Im trying to use the DBforBix to monitor a oracle database.

Im using a Zabbix 3.2 as main site and i have a Proxy in the remote site.

The proxy has the DbdorBix installed

Versions
Zabbix - 3.2
Proxy
DbforBix 2.4

When i start the service, i receive the following error?
