Installing zabbix-server-pgsql modul reports problem: Problem: 1: nothing provides 'php-pgsql' needed by the to be installed zabbix-web-pgsql-7.4.7-release1.sles15.noarch
Also installing zabbix-nginx-conf-php8 reports: Problem: 1: nothing provides 'php-fpm >= 8.0' needed by the to be installed zabbix-nginx-conf-php8-7.4.7-release1.sles15.noarch

Maybe you shoudl add some repos to your host that would provide PHP... Prerequisiteis must be satisfied before you install Zabbix..
