Not able to run custom script

I am using Zabbix 3.0

I have created custom script to check some app server services. Used Bash.

Administration --> Scripts --> script created.

But I am not getting / dont know how to execute this scripts.

zabbix documents says from dashboard/hosts/trigger i can run this script; but i am not find any option to locate and run the script i have created

In dashboard in the "Last 20 issues" if you select a host with left mouse button a menu appears with custom scripts options, if your user have rights to run it.
This menu appears in others screens too, like "Latest data" if you filter by group.
