Is git.zabbix.com down?

I initially noticed whilst attempting to download a Kafka template (https://git.zabbix.com/projects/ZBX/...at=release/7.4), but I've reproed the issue with other templates and simply by curling git.zabbix.com.

I've tested from multiple (US-based) networks. No luck.

The github.com/zabbix repo works, so it looks like it's just a dead link/redirect.
