Zabbix Graph not complete

Dear all ,
I was monitor our server's CPU using Zabbix and monitor them on screen ,
our problem is our monitoring graph is not continues is some time ( like the image attached ) however in most time I don't have any problem ,
any one can help me to solved this problem ?

P.S : our update interval for cpu processtime ( perf_counter is every 5 sec ) attachment 2

Hello !

5s is very small period
Have You checked busy zabbix poller processes ?
they must be above 100%, i usually try to keep them about 50 - 75%

if you have multiple hosts with such intense data collection, the default 5 pollers may be not enough
