Timeout while executing a script

Hi:

I have a external check that executes a script that last arround 1 sec., in zabbix config i have configured a timeout of 6 but i still get not supported error timeout while executing a external script.
I have zabbix 3.2.7 and i don't know why this is happening and how to solve it.

I just got the same issue here.
Running userparameter:
UserParameter=product_state,powershell.exe -NoProfile -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -file "C:\Zabbix\av_check.ps1"

av_check.ps1:
$wmiQuery = "SELECT * FROM AntiVirusProduct"
$AntivirusProduct = Get-WmiObject -Namespace "root\SecurityCenter2" -Query $wmiQuery @psboundparameters # -ErrorVariable myError -ErrorAction 'SilentlyContinue'
Write-output $AntivirusProduct.productState

anyone got a good idea?

what exact error are you getting ? the not supported state can be caused by many causes

more detailed information can be found in zabbix server/agent log files
