define a syste.hostname value for macros

Deal all,
I have a External checks key like this:
key test.py[$parameter] and i hope the $parameter value is key itme system.hostname[]

Ps: $parameter = zabbix_get -s x.x.x.x -p 10050 -k system.hostname[]

i look for built-in Macros but don't find ,so i hope who can help me, thinks !!
