Stuck at the frontend setup wizard

I am trying to Install Zabbix Frontend from the Ubuntu repos using Nginx/PHP-FPM:

I am installing the '1:3.0.7+dfsg-3' version from the Ubuntu artful sources.

I run the setup wizard but when I reach the final step, I press 'Finish' and nothing happens.

I gave www-data ownership to /etc/zabbix but the problem persist. I manually downloaded and copied the resultant configuration in /etc/zabbix/zabbix.conf.php conf but still nothing happens.

The locations of the 'not allowed' files are here:

/usr/share/zabbix/js/vendors/prototype.js
/usr/share/zabbix/js/vendors/jquery-ui.js

Any idea?
